ARCADIA — There wasn’t a lot of new ground broken at the City of Arcadia’s visioning session Saturday morning at the Margaret Way Building. But the foundation may have been laid for a brighter future for the city.

The 9 a.m. to noon session was the first in a series of planned roundtable discussions aimed at setting goals for the city and creating a plan to reach them.
