LBHS seeks help for Project Graduation
ENGLEWOOD — Organizers of the Lemon Bay High School Project Graduation are hoping the community will chip in like they have in the past to make the 22nd annual graduation night event a success, especially this year, as they’re scrambling to raise money needed to hold the overnight party.
“The fundraising, a lot of it has been eliminated in part through county ordinances that have permitted us from collecting and having our ‘bucket brigades,’” said Cindy DiGiacomo, LBHS Project Graduation board secretary. “Some of the other things we’ve done in the past just aren’t available to us.”
