Women angry neighbor’s dogs aren’t declared vicious

NORTH PORT — Three local women claim they can’t walk their dogs down one street in their neighborhood without potentially being attacked by two “vicious” pit bulls who are supposed to be restrained by an electronic fence.
However, the dogs’ owners say the women are exaggerating the attacks.
