A.) I opened in November of 2016 after I graduated from Charlotte High School.

Q.) What has changed since you opened?

A.) We have adapted to what people need with their computer needs like dropping them in water. We have an ultrasonic cleaner that can really help remedy this kind of problem.

A.) I currently have two.

Q.) What is your most popular service or item?

A.) iPhones are the most common thing that we repair.

Q.) What’s the hardest part about your business?

A.) Where I am in life ... I am in college and running my own business.

A.) Over the top service, it was number one from the beginning. Always be the best and take care of your customers.

Q.) What advice do you have for someone just starting a business?

A.) Be persistent, be diligent, research your product. You have to really be available all the time. Make sure all the permits and regulations are in place.
