Russell D. Kitzmiller, 47, of Port Charlotte, Florida, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, July 23rd, 2022.
"Rusty" was born in Cumberland, Md., to Brenda Hodge (nee Eichelberger) and Roger Kitzmiller Sr. on June 2nd, 1975. During his youth in Winchester, Va., he enjoyed being outdoors, video games, and playing sports. He became an avid golfer playing in many tournaments and even teaching the sport to others. He loved being on the greens so much that he became a groundskeeper and ultimately owned a successful landscaping company.
Russell leaves behind his parents, Brenda and Roger; his children - Russell Jr., Jordan, and Ashley; his brother Roger (wife Nandi); his niece and nephew - Ava and Trey; his uncle Buck (wife Sandy); his best friend - Darnell Cheatham; and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who loved him dearly.
The family would like to thank the HCA Fawcett Hospital ICU staff E.F. Boyd & Son Funeral Home of Cleveland, OH, and LifeLink for their care and kindness during this difficult time.
