The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Jamie Robert McElfresh, 41, of Sarasota. Charges: underlying charge and failure of defendant on bail to appear on felony. Bond: none.

Tavalas Antuane Gaye Jr., 20, of St. Petersburg. Charge: violation of probation. Bond: none.

Andrea Lee Maher, 38, 3200 block of Easy Street, Port Charlotte. Charges: eight underlying charges, two counts failure of defendant on bail to appear on felony and failure of defendant on bail to appear on misdemeanor. Bond: none.

India Priscilla Pertee, 34, 18700 block of Van Nuys Circle, Port Charlotte. Charge: out of county warrant, selling cocaine, possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond: none.

Jessica Lefebvre, 54, 4400 block of Sturkie Avenue, Port Charlotte. Charge: disorderly intoxication. Bond: $1,000.

Richard William Petersen, 53, 21200 block of Colton Avenue, Port Charlotte. Charges: possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Bond: $11,000.

Shelia Renee Bevelacqua, 49, 22000 block of Hernando Avenue, Port Charlotte. Charges: possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond: $5,000.

Cory Alan Stewart, 39, of North Fort Myers. Charge: two counts violation of probation. Bond: none.

Amy Jean Harden, 45, of Bartow. Charges: petty theft 3rd subsequent offense and fraudulent use of credit cards 2 or fewer times less than $100. Bond: $15,000.

Luis Aurtro Ramon, 21, of Arcadia. Charge: operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and two out of county warrants. Bond: none.

Gregory Scott Barklow, 48, 4000 block of Yucatan Circle, Port Charlotte. Charges: two counts possession of firearm ammunition or weapon by Florida convicted felon and violation of probation. Bond: none.

Mauricio Andres Gomez, 36, 100 block of Carlisle Avenue, Port Charlotte. Charges: two counts possession of firearm ammunition or weapon by Florida convicted felon. Bond: $2,000.

Skylar Lynn Kickliter, 25, 21100 block of Midway Boulevard, Port Charlotte. Charge: battery. Bond: $5,000.

The Florida Highway Patrol reported the following arrest:

Kenneth Clare Ward IV, 37, 1600 block of White Pine Court, Punta Gorda. Charge: DUI. Bond: $2,500.

The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

• Stephanie Stanley, 30, 500 block of South McCall Road, Englewood. Charges: possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, giving false ID to a law enforcement officer. Bond: None.

• Evan Bouchard, 52, 1200 block of Tooley Avenue, North Port. Charges: three counts of fraud, swindling to obtain property under $20,000. Bond: $4,500.

• Jarrod Cheetham, 35, 8400 block of Alam Avenue, North Port. Charge: possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Bond: $1,500.

The North Port Police Department reported the following arrest:

• Matthew Clemens, 29, 2700 block of Vizza Lane, North Port. Charges: cocaine possession with intention to sell, marijuana possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of drug equipment, operating a tattoo establishment without a license. Bond: $3,620.
