The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

• Brandy Nicole Roth Gibson, 34, 9200 block of Strasse Blvd., Punta Gorda. Charge: out of county warrant. Bond: none.

• Lotoya Sandranete Peart, 31, homeless of Punta Gorda. Charges: possession of harmful new legend drug without a prescription, resisting an officer without violence, and battery. Bond: none.

• Nathan Thomas Wells, 45, 11500 block of Royal Road, Punta Gorda. Charge: breach of peace disorderly conduct. Bond: none (credit for time served).

• Michael Patrick Cagliostro, 47, 17900 block of Murdock Circle, Port Charlotte. Charges: driving while license suspended 2nd offense and two counts off bond/forfeiture/revocations. Bond: none.

• Joseph Michael Shea, 21, 100 block of Kings Hwy., Port Charlotte. Charges: two counts of resisting an officer without violence. Bond: $5,000.

• April Debrah Couture, 45, 15500 block of Ruston Circle, Port Charlotte. Charge: battery and violation of probation. Bond: none.

• Michael Paul Brennan, 34, 3700 block of Rodrigo Ave., North Port. Charges: two counts of failure of defendant on bail to appear on felony, failure of defendant on bail to appear on misdemeanor, and four underlying charges. Bond: none.

• Walter Roger Lang Jr., 38, of Morriston, Fla. Charges: failure to appear and underlying charge. Bond: $6,000.

• Gina Renee Filardi, 41, of Lehigh Acres. Charges: failure of defendant on bail to appear on felony and two underlying charges. Bond: none.

• Tiffany Elizabeth Williams, 28, 3300 block of Placida Road, Englewood. Charges: failure of defendant on bail to appear on misdemeanor and two underlying charges. Bond: $16,000.

• Maquan Maurice Guillory, 21, 2500 block of Luther Road, Punta Gorda. Charge: grand theft of property more than $300 but less than $5,000. Bond: $5,000.

• Kristoph Nicanor Oakley, 18, 1300 block of Collingswood Blvd., Port Charlotte. Charge: grand theft of property more than $300 but less than $5,0000. Bond: $5,000.

• Raven Simone Russell, 27, 23100 block of Utica Ave., Port Charlotte. Charge: grand theft of property more than $300 but less than $5,000. Bond: $5,000.

• Cesar Lopez-Morales, 31, 2400 block of Bronco Lane, North Port. Charge: operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. Bond: $1,000.

• Shaunae Ashlee Best, 22, 2500 block of Strawberry Terrace, North Port. Charge: grand theft of property more than $300 but less than $5,000. Bond: $5,000.

The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

• Brett Bobrzynski, 29, 3800 block of Woodmere Park Boulevard, Venice. Charge: violation of probation (original charges: DUI and resisting arrest). Bond: $15,000.

• Jason McClaskey, 38, 600 block of Harvey Street, Englewood. Charge: contempt of court (original charge: trespassing). Bond: $10,000.

• Stephanie Stanley, 29, 3300 block of Monday Terrace, North Port. Charge: contempt of court (original charges: possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of narcotics equipment and possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana). Bond: $25,000.

• Jennifer Thorp, 36, 7900 block of Jeffery Street, North Port. Charges: possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession or use of narcotic equipment and driving with a suspended license. Bond: $2,120.

• Grace Zelazney, 31, 700 block of Kimble Road, Venice. Charge: fraud for using an ID without consent. Bond: $1,500.

The North Port Police Department reported the following arrest:

• Ackel McKenzie, 21, 8200 block of Dorothy Avenue, North Port. Charges: aggravated battery on a police officer or EMT, resisting arrest without violence, resisting arrest with violence and tampering with evidence in a felony trial. Bond: $22,000.

The Venice Police Department reported the following arrest:

• Peggy Schadler, 65, 4200 block of Woodsworth Way, Venice. Charge: DUI. Bond: $120.
