The Sun Newspapers The Sun Newspapers is seeking an energetic and creative RECRUITMENT AdVERTISING EXECUTIVE to join its print and digital sales team. Successful candidates are able to understand and effectively communicate the value of the media audience to local businesses as a way to help them reach their desired goals. Must be self-motivated, possess excellent customer service and communication skills and be excited to seek new sales opportunities. Developing strong relationships and mutual trust are critical in this role. Other requirements are a positive attitude, team spirit and professional demeanor. Candidates must have reliable transportation. Previous successful sales experience is preferred. Responsibilities include: -- Presentations to hiring decision makers with both with face to face telesales presentations. -- Ability to work with local clients to learn objectives and opportunities -- Fearless cold-calling and lead generation -- Sale of print and digital marketing solutions -- Oversight of client campaigns and regular communication of performance results -- Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals -- Maintaining client data base, account information, scheduling of appointments, prospecting calls -- Working across multiple divisions collaboratively and professionally Interested applicants should send their resume to glen.nickerson@yoursun.com The Sun Newspapers is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
