FCA US LLC recently announced that Posner Park Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT and Lake Wales Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM have achieved the “Customer First Award for Excellence” title in the first quarter of 2019.
According to a release, the Posner Park and Lake Wales locations accomplished the highest level of customer experience recognition in the program’s five essential areas: people, facility, processes, customer performance metrics and training certification.
Per the statement, this demonstrates “that both dealerships do everything in their power to ensure all customers are provided with the greatest experience we can possible give them.”
Understanding that superb customer experience is extremely important, FCA US teamed up with J.D. Power and created the Customer First Award for Excellence. The program was developed with a goal to improve customer satisfaction within Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT dealerships in the United States, with a strong focus on sales, employee training, facility condition and service experience.
Also, the four Mahalak Auto Group dealerships — which include the Lake Wales and Posner Park locations, as well as two dealerships in Winter Haven — recently contributed $7,500 toward the grand total of $208,159 raised during the “97 Country St. Jude Radiothon.”
The “Low Payment Kings” were the presenting sponsor for the Radiothon, which took place from Jan.20 - Feb.20. Mahalak Auto Group contributed donations for every oil change and test drive during that period.
