SEBRING — After deputies responded to a suspicious incident, they allegedly discovered small plastic bags of cocaine in a Sebring man’s home.
On Monday, Highlands County Sheriff’s Office charged Rolando Delvalle, 34, of Sebring, with possession of cocaine and possession of drug equipment.
Deputies spoke to a resident of the home who was standing in the master bedroom. While the deputies were speaking to the resident, they saw two small plastic bags on a nightstand that contained a white powdery substance that the deputies suspected to be cocaine, the report stated.
Based on this suspicion, deputies obtained a search warrant for the rest of the house, according to the arrest report. During the search, deputies allegedly found another small plastic bag that contained cocaine, the report stated.
